The quality parameters for Soya seeds

• The Maximum allowed moisture content is 10%
• The silica and sand in the supplies cannot exceed 2%
• The expected protein content is 37 to 40% in the seeds
• The damage to the supplies cannot be more than 2%
• The maximum allowed immature seed in the supply is 2%

The quality parameters for Soya Meal (Soya extraction – A [46%])

• The Maximum allowed moisture content is 11%
• The silica and sand in the supplies cannot exceed 1%
• The maximum allowed fiber is 6%
• The expected protein content is 46 to 47%
• The maximum allowed Urease activity is 0.2 units
• Accepted protein solubility is 75 to 80%
• The supply should be free from Citrinin, Afllatoxin B1, Ochratoxin, T2 toxin
• Over-toasted charred lumps and supplies with foul smell are strictly rejected

The quality parameters for Hypro Soya Meal – 50%

• The Maximum allowed moisture content is 11 %
• The silica and sand in the supplies cannot exceed 1 %
• The maximum allowed fiber is 4%
• The expected protein content is 40 to 50%
• The maximum allowed urease activity is 0.2 to 0.4 units
• Accepted protein solubility is 75 to 80%
• The supply should be free from Citrinin, Afllatoxin B1, Ochratoxin, T2 toxin

• The maximum allowed moisture content is 0.25 to 0.50%
• The maximum allowed free fatty acid is 1.5%
